Construction is now well underway on our latest project in Chiswick, London, with first fix works currently in progress. This exciting transformation involves the full refurbishment and extension of a charming Victorian terraced property, thoughtfully reimagined to meet the needs of modern family living while respecting its period character. The project includes a side and rear extension at ground level, as well as a new loft addition that will significantly increase the usable space within the home.
Once complete, the ground floor will feature a beautifully designed kitchen and dining area that opens seamlessly onto the garden—creating a bright, open-plan space ideal for everyday living and entertaining. A newly formed utility room and a generous walk-in pantry will provide practical and well-considered storage solutions, helping to keep the main living spaces clutter-free.
Upstairs, the loft conversion will include an additional bedroom with its own ensuite, while the top floor will be transformed into a master suite, complete with a walk-in dressing room and private bathroom.
