We have successfully secured both planning permission and listed building consent for the comprehensive refurbishment of a beautiful apartment situated just across from Hyde Park. Furthermore, we have also obtained the necessary Licence to Alter from the freeholder, paving the way for this exciting transformation.
Sha Bespoke was entrusted with the task of undertaking the extensive renovation of this two- bedroom apartment. Our approach involves a thoughtful consolidation of the existing layout,
coupled with a sensitive restoration of the original historic features that make this property so unique. The planned renovation includes carefully considered internal alterations to create a more open and contemporary kitchen and living area, the addition of a convenient WC, and the installation of a series of bespoke joinery elements designed to complement the apartment’s character. Additionally, we will be carrying out a complete refurbishment, design, and decoration scheme throughout the reception room, bathroom, and bedrooms, ensuring a cohesive and elegant aesthetic.
