Our ground floor rear extension project, featuring a contemporary and light-filled addition characterised by expansive glazing, a large picture window, has now received planning permission from the local authority — a significant milestone for the project!
With planning secured, our design team will now progress to the technical design stage, during which we will develop detailed construction information, coordinate structural and services inputs, and prepare documentation for contractor pricing. This next phase will ensure the approved concept is translated into a robust, buildable scheme. Our aim is to complete the technical work and tender process in advance of commencing construction in Winter 2026, moving the project confidently toward realisation.
